Microwave Level Gauge MWS2-24TN/24RN

Non-contact microwave level switch for level measurement, ideal for measuring challenging materials such as waste, coal, and gravel.

For example, if you want to measure the waste in a garbage pit, have you ever encountered issues such as, "The specific gravity of the waste (for example, paper waste) is light when it is in a rotating state, causing the blades to not stop, and it could not be detected..." or "The detection unit inside the pit was damaged by falling objects..."? Our microwave level switch model MWS can detect the measurement object even if its size is not uniform, as it receives microwaves emitted from the transmitter and detects when the measurement object interrupts the signal. (It does not respond to objects that are falling.) Additionally, it can measure with minimal influence from adhesion to the emitting surface or dust. If you are particularly concerned about adhesion to the emitting surface, measurement is possible even through a detection window (such as glass, Teflon, or ceramic, which allows radio waves to pass through). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Non-contact continuous level gauge

Non-contact level gauges solve issues such as long-span measurements that are physically impossible with contact level gauges and hygiene concerns caused by foreign substances in food and chemicals!

Advantages of Non-Contact Level Gauges - No concerns about foreign matter contamination due to breakage or wear since it is non-contact - Capable of long-span measurements - Easy to install in hard-to-reach places such as high locations - Usable in vacuum, high temperature, and high pressure environments (radar type) Disadvantages of Non-Contact Level Gauges - There is a "non-measurable zone" where measurements cannot be taken at a certain distance from the sensor tip. - If the properties of the measured substance in the tank change, it is prone to malfunction... - Initial setup is required Non-Contact Continuous Level Gauges - Radar type - Ultrasonic type - Laser type *For details on the models you are interested in, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *We will select the appropriate model based on usage conditions, etc.
